To access your member account visit my.gueter.be. Initially you have to authenticate yourself using the member card number as password. You receive this number once you paid your shares and officially become a member. The number is sent by email (Subject: Willkommen bei Güter. Wichtig: Zugangsdaten). The member portal is also an app. It allows you to:
- Show your membership status in the store and pay.
- Show how much money is left on your account and show receipts.
- Top-up your pre-paid amount.
- Have all information on how to do a shift.
Install the App
This step is optional, you can also just use the website.
Android
Visit my.gueter.be and press Yes on the banner which reads Install Güter App:

If this banner does not show up open the context menu instead:

And manually press Install:

iPhone
Visit my.gueter.be, swipe up and press the middle icon showing an upwards arrow.

Hit Add to Home Screen:

Drag and drop the Güter icon to your homescreen.
After the installation was successful you should find the Güter App on your home screen.

Sign in
For your first login enter the email you used to register and your card number as a password. You receive the card number by email after paying your shares.
Tick remember me to permanently stay signed in on your device.

Next you will have to pick your personal password.
Once signed in you have the following options (left) languages (right) to choose from:

Card
The digital member card allows you to authenticate at the point of sale in the shop. Since only members are allowed to show you have to show this card (or its physical equivalent) on every visit. Without card you might have to show an ID. The card also allows you to pay with your pre-paid amount.

Account
This page shows your pre-paid account balance. You can top-up the amount using a wire transfer. If you pay in cash the return money is deposited to this account:

Using the buttons at the bottom you can confirm the shares you hold and get a donation receipt for donations to the tax excempt Verein soziale Güterverteilung.
Further down you find all your receipts:

Charge Account
The simplest payment method for you and Güter is the pre-paid account. You can top-up your account using the payment slip you can find at Account > Charge. (Click it to download)

Good to know:
- Always pay using the QR-Code or PDF. In case the wire transfer is missing a reference number it cannot be added automatically to your account. Contact finanzen@gueter.be if this happened to you.
- Allow for roughly 4 days for the transfer to process. Sorry we can’t make this faster, as it depends on the bank.
- If possible don’t pay at the post office or we’ll have to pay extra fees.
Infos
Here you find all the information needed for your shift. E.g. instructions on what to do, the shift plans as well as chats for swapping shifts.

Chat
The chat is used to coordinate everything around Güter as well as to communicate between members. Though it is mostly in german there are many people speaking multiple languages on it and using different languages in your messages to its various channels is actively encouraged.

For the best experience install the app (Android / IOS) using bla.gueter.be as the server address. Further instructions can be found here.
POS
As soon as you received instructions on how to operate the register you will see your login details here. Use the QR-Code at the barcode scanner to authenticate yourself as the seller. To get this access you should attend a shift introduction (see the welcome email you got after paying your shares).
